Plato is not my favorite of the ancient Greek greats. I’m more of an Aeschylus, Aristotle guy. Truth be told, I don’t think I’m smart enough to understand The Republic.
But a few days ago I read something Plato wrote and he gained my instant, full admiration.
Here it is:
“The most important thing in life is not to have the most, but to need the least.”
