Yet again I’m going back to the well of my favorite teacher, Michael Singer. And yet again, today’s piece arises from a talk I heard him give a few days ago.

I listen to Mickey’s talks every day. And not everything he says makes an impression on me.
But this did. In fact, it blew me away.
I don’t even think he was trying to sum up the human predicament when he said it, but he did.
This is what he said:
“We are consciousness lost in the sum of our learned experiences.”
